HOW IT ALL WORKS
When you purchase your place via the checkout, you will receive an email with the details to your course access portal.
Every Monday, content will be released to this course access platform.
Each Friday Adriana and Vicki will host a Zoom, group coaching call to support you through the application of the principles you have learned that week.
The More Than Words Facebook group is the place to go for even MORE ‘in the moment’ support from Vicki and Adriana.
We strongly encourage you to use the group in between coaching calls if you have any extra questions you would like support with. In past rounds, the Facebook group has also proven to be the place where participants have created new connections and close friendships.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often does More Than Words run?
We run a live round of More Than Words once per year. You can purchase self-paced access outside of the live rounds of delivery, and work through the content with the support of the resources and recordings.
How long will I have access to the course?
You have ongoing access to the program, as well as modules created in future rounds.
Does the price go up every year?
Yes. We increase the price of the program each year, as we continue to add content and resources with each live round. Your investment id. one time payment, and you will have access to all future live rounds of the program.
Where do I complete the course?
You complete the content via this portal. Zoom links will be provided here.
You can come back and access the content as many times as you like, and you will receive all updates and additions to the program.
You also have the option to join the Facebook group, where any live content for this round is created.
What is hot seat coaching and how will it help me?
'Hot seat coaching' is an affectionate term for allowing the attendees of each call to take a turn jumping into the 'hot seat' and receiving our direct attention on you, your challenges and your business.
But what if I'm an introvert? Talking in front of others sounds like torture!
In past rounds we have been thrilled to see that the positive, uplifting culture we work so hard to embed in our programs come to life.
Within one week, all of our participants (even the ones who were a little shy at first!) became confident engaging within the group, and speaking up to contribute during calls.
If it still sounds like torture, that's ok!
You can send us your questions ahead of the call if you like, and we can dive into them anonymously.
There is still incredible value in joining the call, and hearing (and learning!) from your peers, their challenges, opportunities and lightbulb moments.

Do I need to already be a resume writer to participate in More Than Words?
Yes. We recommend that you already have foundational knowledge of resume writing in order to get the most out of this program.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely.
We offer a Pay In Full and a Payment Plan option. The payment plan is spread across six weekly payments.

Is there a course guarantee?
Vicki and Adriana would love to offer you a guaranteed outcome, following completion of More Than Words. Something with super impressive percentages or dollar figures. The thing is - we can't do the work, listen to the teachings and take the action for you.
What we can guarantee, is that we will always show up for you with content that we 100% believe in, and that we ourselves use with great success for our clients.
Do you offer refunds/cancellations?
Yes. Sit tight, as this could get lengthy.
Our intention is that anyone who enrols, feels that they made a great choice in doing so.
Our mission is to create experiences that are filled with pleasant surprises and exceptional outcomes.
Our programs don’t come with a guarantee of results, but they certainly come with a guarantee of quality.

Access to the content will be removed on the same day that the refund is processed.
We do not give permission for you to keep, save. record, store or share any of the program content that you have been refunded for.
If you are taking part in a live program on a payment plan and cannot continue payments, you can cancel the payments at any time. On the day that the next payment was due is when access to the content will finish.
‘Forever access’ is a bonus that comes with full payment.
If anything like this was to happen, the most important thing to us, is for you to walk away feeling that your entire experience with us was a positive one.

Adriana Modersitzki is the founder and director of The Elite Collective, and the business bestie to resume writers and career coaches who know that MORE is not a dirty word.
An ex-recruiter who has worked all over the country, Adriana started her resume writing business with a baby either in her arms, wrapped to her back or under her feet. As she has grown, she's served hundreds of clients, built an incredible team and taken on juicy corporate contracts.

Vicki Clothier is the Director of Clothier Careers – a career services practice specialising in document preparation and job readiness. Founded in 2016 from her dining table, Clothier Careers has grown into a reputable job application service with team members working remotely all over Australia.
Feeling a gap in support in the industry, Vicki created Resume Writers Australia in 2018 – providing support, training and mentoring for resume writers who are on board with the unofficial motto – community over competition. Building businesses around our lives (and not living around our businesses) is core to what she teaches and values.
