When does the program start?
Compass is currently in self study mode, which means you receive access to the content and can work through it at your own pace.
How long will I have access to the course?
You have forever access to the program, as well as modules created in future rounds.
Where do I complete the course?
When you enroll in Compass, you can complete the content via this portal.
You can come back and access the content as many times as you like, and you will receive all updates and additions to the program.
You also have the option to join the Facebook group, where the live content for this round is created. If you do not want to participate in the Facebook group or the live creation of new content, you can access it in this portal within a few days of the new content being created.
How long will it take me?
Compass is a six week program.
There is also a supporting Facebook group where you can engage as much or as little as you like.
Will I get access to the materials as soon as I enroll?
As soon as you enroll, you will have access to the preparation units - aka prework! This is not compulsory, but you can think of it as foundational ideas that will support your success in the program.

Can I change my mind and upgrade to VIP access AFTER I have purchased the program? How much does this cost?
Absolutely!
If you begin the course and decide within the first three weeks that you would like to upgrade, please reach out to me and if there is a VIP place remaining, we can arrange a payment link for you right away! You will receive six weeks of Voxer access and a document review with me. The inclusions and price remain the same, regardless of when you engage the support.
Do I need to already be a resume writer to participate in Compass?
Yes. We recommend that you already have foundational knowledge of resume writing in order to get the most out of this program.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely.
We offer both standard access as a Pay In Full and a Payment Plan option. The payment plan is spread across 4 x fortnightly payments.

Is there a course guarantee?
I'd love to offer you a guarantee along with my programs. Something with super impressive percentages or dollar figures. The thing is - I can't do the work, listen to the teachings and take the action for you.
What I can guarantee, is that I will always show up for you with content that I 100% believe in, and that we ourselves use with great success for our clients.
Do you offer refunds/cancellations?
Yes. Sit tight, as this could get lengthy.
